Robert is a policy specialist and lawyer with a varied career in policy, legal and executive roles over the last 15 years. He has a strong career focus on cities – how they work, how they are planned and what makes them great places. he is always keen to explore opportunities and ideas to make our cities more liveable, sustainable and productive.

Robert has extensive experience in the public, private and not for profit sectors with a focus on urban and regional transport and cities. His expertise lies in policy development, legislative and regulatory reform, institutional design, organisational governance and contracting.

His time with the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) has allowed him to develop an extensive level of knowledge on international best practice in the field of public transport policy and regulation, infrastructure planning and service delivery. he has also developed a solid international network of peers in transport and land use planning circles.
