Jacquie Norton is a market and social research professional, specialising in public transport. Over the past 8 years Jacquie has conducted research on behalf of a number of transport bodies including Public Transport Victoria (PTV), Transport for NSW (TfNSW), and VicRoads.

In 2014 Jacquie and her colleagues were awarded a Research Industry Council of Australia (RICA) Research Effectiveness Award for innovation in data collection through the use of digital technologies. Jacquie also holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from Monash University and a Diploma of Marketing from Holmesglen Institute.
