David is a highly skilled and intuitive insights analyst and manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Public Transport and Education sectors.
David is well regarded within the public transport industry as a subject matter expert. He has extensive knowledge of public transport system, service delivery, performance monitoring and information gathering techniques both through automated systems and field surveys.
David is committed to the development and continuous improvement of information collection and analytical systems to allow PTV to understand and respond to trends in patronage, revenue and cost recovery. Conceived and successfully advocated for the Data Analytic Platform which has now become a PTV-wide project.
