Andrew is an experienced Rail Operations advisor and analyst, adept in the identification of local, corridor and network risks, mitigations and value-added solutions. Andrew has a broad range of experience in the Strategic Rail Planning space, spanning metropolitan, suburban, regional and fast rail service offerings, having worked on projects across the country. Andrew is skilled in utilising the RailSys suite of operational modelling tools to assess complex railways, and design and assess solutions. Andrew has a strong understanding of all modelling components including Infrastructure Modelling, Timetable Development, and Dynamic Simulation to identify expected performance of a network.
