Our projects

PTRG have undertaken hundreds of research projects in many fields and for many research clients in countries throughout the world. The types of projects range from major research programs funded by the Australian Research Council to smaller undergraduate student research projects. A large cohort of PhD students are part of PTRG including the world largest single cluster of PhD students studying in the field, the 18 students of the Sustainable and Effective Public Transport – Graduate Research Industy Partnership (SEPT-GRIP). PTRG specialise in applied research projects in industry including clients as diverse as the London Olympic Delivery Authority, The US Federal Transit Authority, The Centre for Excellence in the Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia, The Land Transport Authority in Singapore as well as most transit and regulatory authorities in Australasia.
