Sandra leads a team working on strategic transport planning, with Victoria’s Department of Transport and Planning (DTP). Sandra has worked with DTP for the past 12 years leading preparation of various regional transport strategies and evidence based reports to support investment. Sandra’s approach is multi-modal and incorporates strong stakeholder engagement. Sandra has led development of innovative community transport projects in rural and regional Victoria.
Sandra’s passion and research focus is in rural and regional access and the role of community transport.
